Cancellation & Refund Policy

UAE VISAS Please be informed that UAE visas are applied through online system, and once applied, cannot be cancelled without additional charge. In this case, full visa application + visa cancellation charge would be charged to clients at ongoing advised rates beforehand.

UAE HOTEL BOOKINGS Please ensure to always ask for hotel cancellation policy while making your bookings. Allure Letoile tourism LLC will mirror any cancellation policy that hotel imposes on the company, and the same will be applicable to clients as their cancellation charge. Allure Letoile tourism LLC has no impact or interest on hotel cancellation policy rates; however we are always happy to try and negotiate best cancellation deal for you wherever we can.
Please note that in majority of cases, it is safe to cancel your bookings 7 nights before arrival date, unless in the event of non refundable bookings (Allure Letoile tourism will inform you if your booking was made on non refundable rate beforehand) or in case of peak periods i.e. New Year, where 5 stars hotels carry 2 weeks cancellation rate.
Please note that Allure Letoile tourism will only be able to grant the refund if hotel policy has allowed the same.

EXCURSIONS AND TOURS Majority of excursions and tours carry 24-48+ hrs cancellation policy window, therefore it is safe to cancel your excursion/tour booking without a charge – if cancelled 24-48 hrs in advance.
Please note that any bookings cancelled less than 24 hrs would attract 50% or FULL cancellation charge, depending on time it was cancelled, and cancellation policy of that particular tour provider.

TRANSPORTATION Majority of individual transportation booking carry 24-48+ hrs cancellation policy window, therefore it is safe to cancel your transfer booking without a charge – if cancelled 24-48 hrs in advance.
Please note that any bookings cancelled less than 24 hrs would attract FULL cancellation charge.
Luxury cars booked in advance for full day use and exclusive individual or group bookings , or buses, must be cancelled 72 hrs in advance, or else 50% charge will apply.
If cancelled less than 24 hrs in advance, FULL booking charge applies.

EVENTS / VENUES Please note that each hotel has different cancellation policy of each venue, and those will be stipulated to you, as per hotel outlined policy upon making a booking.
Allure Letoile tourism LLC would always adhere to booking and cancellation and refund policy of hotel / venue at which booking is held, and client would be obliged as per same rules outlined.
Please note that Allure Letoile tourism will only be able to grant the refund if hotel policy has allowed the same.

4. PURCHASES. ALLURE LETOILE TOURISM LLC accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. Interpretation. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of ALLURE LETOILE TOURISM LLC. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.

Please note that all refunds would be processed from Allure Letoile tourism company account, into company account of the company making a booking.
Alternatively, if it is individual booking being made, refund must be processed from Allure Letoile tourism company account, into company account of the individual in question , under whose name booking was made.
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed

PAYMENT NOTIFICATION / RECEIPT CONFIRMATION

All customers making payment via online payment solution we feature on our website will receive payment confirmation via email within 24 hrs , or as soon as their funds reach our account.
